And now a second warning since this warning didn't make it clear enough.We have rules here. I and my admin team will not be further harassed by people who refuse to follow those rules or who think they should get special treatment for whatever reason.
We draw wishes at random. That is the final word on that.
If your wish is so difficult that it can't be granted easily or within 2 months of being randomly drawn, it will be listed as completed so you can make a new wish. We try VERY HARD to grant these wishes, but some just end up NOT BEING POSSIBLE. If you have a problem with this, stick to the types of wishes we outline in our FAQ. If not, don't complain to us when we do all we can but end up unable to grant it fully.
If you make a wish that is so hard to grant that it has to go to the pending list for 30 or 60 days after we do our best to have it granted, DO NOT harass us about how we FAILED you, how we wasted YOUR TIME or YOUR WISH, or throw a childish tantrum about it.
If you come to us and spout crazy nonsense or speak hatefully and are told that you hurt one or more person's feelings and need to send an apology note to the group before any further assistance will be given, do NOT start noting random admins or me to cuss us out, tell us how horrible we are, blame your stupidity and poor attitude on us, or claim that WE HURT YOU BY NOT GRANTING YOUR WISH IN THE WAY YOU THINK IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN GRANTED. Unacceptable.
I cannot stress enough that I am fed up with it.
And not just me either. I am 100% sure that many of my admins who get these same hateful and hurtful rants are also fed up with it. I just got done with one individual who threw a tantrum and left the group because they were one of the randomly drawn wishes during 31 Days of Wishes but felt like we did not do enough to grant their wish and so wanted to immediately list a new one. When we said no and cited our rules for their type of wish, we were told that WE WASTED THEIR WISH and that it WASN'T FAIR and that WE MADE THEM SAD. With that said, a tantrum by this user was thrown and I got a nasty flame in my personal inbox from them telling me what a terrible person I am for requesting an apology be sent to our admins for this person's hurtful and rude actions. Well tough.
