:damphyr: How to Join the Wishing Well

To join, just click JOIN THIS GROUP.

:bulletblue: Proper Well Etiquette
Joining the Well does not mean you automatically get something for free or are entitled to free things. Please make sure you are aware of our consequences///
Immediate Removal from the Well
Wishing on multiple accounts
Arguing with admins
Harassing members

Removal from the Well at the 2nd Offense
Complaining about being featured
Complaining/spamming about not being featured
Repeated attempts at account/wish changes
Spamming the group with any request/question
Repeatedly asking us to grant your wish
Repeatedly asking why the group hasn't granted your wish

:bulletblue: Accounts that can Join the Well

Any account type can join the well. However, wishing cannot be done on all your accounts unless you purchase a Forever Wish (more information in this blog).

:bulletblue: Perks of Joining the Well

Deviants who join the well get preferential treatment when it comes to features. If we are torn between who to feature or what wish to grant, the deviant who is a full blown member of the Well will always win. In the same way, the Well will only personally grant the wishes of group members. However, anyone can have their wish featured.

:bulletblue: Wishes the Well will Grant

The Well doesn't actively keep lists nor grant wishes through TheWishingWidget the way we previously did. Members who are eligible to have their wish granted by the Well will have to pass a review from WishReviewTeam and have a wish that falls into one of these categories and timelines...
Premium Subs
The group grants a 3-month premium sub wish each month.
Wishlist Items
The group grants a print wish four times a year.
Points
The group gives points to random group members with point wishes every month.
Seniority and DDs
The group submits requests for Seniority and DDs monthly for anyone with a Seniority or DD wish.
Features
The group does weekly features for group member wishes and to help grant feature-related wishes.
Contests
The group contributes points, premium subs and features to six contests or events each year.
Supergroups
The group grants one supergroup wish each year in January. The group must be an affiliate of the Well and must comply with dA policy.
Other Wishes
The group cannot grant any wish not related to deviantART but will feature any wish so long as it is not impossible, illegal or otherwise ridiculous.
Additional Wishes
The above are the minimum the group grants. If more points are available through donations from the community, the group will grant additional wishes (more wishlist purchases, point handouts, more 3-month subs, and more supergroups).

You should be careful when it comes down to that-in order to thrive in here, reading's necessary

Yeah I know >.<
I'm getting ready for high school, so my nerves are frazzled and I'm not reading through anything much. Read everything else though - which is why I was surprised that I missed that bit. >.<

I'd actually suggest staying away from a computer & the internet if you are frazzled/nervous & concentrate on what's in front you without worrying much on what's ahead (yoga helps for that too)

True. I've been on less though, and if I try to stop completely I'd probably go insane seeing as there's no television/nothing to do other than stare at a wall >.<
And I do yoga and breathing exercises before I go to bed to get a restful sleep to prepare for the next day.
