Chapter 7 LostTaylor tapped her foot against the bed. She wanted to go out and do some training, but her cold was keeping her inside. Coushander and Kano stayed in the living room incase she needed one of them. Taylor looked out the window as the wind blew and the rain pounded against the side of the house. Well going outside today seems like a bad idea anyway, she thought. She stretched her arms behind her head and heard her shoulders crack.
A loud rumble of thunder and a bright flash of lightning startled Taylor a bit, making her jump in her bed. Taylor then decided, a nap would probably do her some good, so she laid down in her bed, pulled the covers up, and laid on her side. Closing her eyes, she tried to sleep with the loud thunder in the background. It took her awhile to fall asleep, but she slept.

Shepard slowly opened her eyes as she stretched out her muscles; quickly realizing the lack of a warm body next to her. She could hear the faint sound of the shower and smiled as she got out of bed; heading to the bathroom. She felt steadier on her feet than she had the last couple of days. She felt better, achy but better; like she'd broken through a fever. Steam flooded out of the bathroom as she opened the door. The mountain is were the leaders reside, only one at a time could see you, maybe because there wasn't enough...let's call it "magic".
